    Dear @Merin,

We hope this message finds you well.

Firstly, if the issue you are experiencing occurs only when the cache is enabled, we recommend reviewing the configuration settings of your cache plugin.

Secondly, in order for us to provide further assistance or suggestions, we kindly ask that you share the URL of the page where the slider is being used.

Additionally, if you are using the Revolution Slider plugin to create the slider, we suggest referring to the plugin’s documentation, as it is developed by a separate team and not by our company.

Should you need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out.

    Best regards,

    Dear @JiPanditJI,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that the task you mentioned is already on our to-do list for the upcoming update. You can monitor the frequency of our updates on our changelog page here: https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/. Given the recent changes introduced by WordPress, we anticipate that this update will be released sooner than usual, likely by next week.

We recommend that our customers only proceed with such major updates when compatibility with the latest versions is explicitly mentioned in our changelog. As you may have noticed, we have not yet added compatibility with the latest WordPress version, which means we are currently working on it. In the meantime, you may consider restoring a backup of your WordPress installation to ensure everything functions correctly until we release the official update with the necessary compatibility adjustments.

Once the update is available, you will receive a notification via the email address registered with us.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

    Best regards,

    Dear @Plethora,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon reviewing your website, we have confirmed that the TranslatePress plugin is currently active and functioning without any apparent issues on the Cart and Checkout pages. However, to better understand the problem you are encountering, could you kindly provide us with the steps to reproduce the issue?

Additionally, please let us know if the issue has already been resolved, or if further investigation is required to identify any non-loading pages. If possible, we would appreciate it if you could share screenshots or a video demonstrating the problem.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Dear @Birdlife,

We hope this message finds you well.

Firstly, we would like to clarify that our response times have adhered to the timeframe outlined in our support policy. Typically, we aim to respond within 24 hours from Monday to Friday, and within 48 hours over the weekend (Saturday-Sunday). In many cases, we are able to respond even sooner. We kindly ask that you avoid submitting multiple requests for the same issue, as this does not expedite the process and may cause unnecessary delays.

Regarding the issue you raised, we attempted to use the most recent FTP access credentials you provided, but unfortunately, they were incorrect once again. It is challenging for us to provide a working solution if the FTP access is either incorrect or changes frequently that not allowed us to connect. We kindly request that you verify the credentials before sending them to us, as this will help us use our support time efficiently and ensure we can assist you and our other clients in a timely manner.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Hello @ubansal,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

There is no such option by default and please note that additional customization is out of our basic support scope.

We would like to provide you with the following recommendation:
In our source code we have few filters that allow to modify the query of searching request to your own ways so you can check next ones

    1. etheme_ajax_search_posts_query – This is a filter that can be found at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/topic/how-to-search-using-product-tags-within-the-live-search/#post-314298

    2. etheme_ajax_search_products_query – This is a filter specifically for product queries, which can be found at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/topic/search-result-default-sorting/#post-289038

We hope this information is helpful to you.

If you would like to pursue paid customization services, we recommend submitting a customization request here: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel

    Dear @Mauro,

I hope this message finds you well.

Please upload the attached file (available in the private area) to your local website using the following path:

    plugins/et-core-plugin/app/controllers/elementor/general/categories.php

Kindly note that this improvement will be included in the next theme update, so there will be no need to save this file for backup, as the changes will be applied globally with the update.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Dear @Valentin,

I hope this message finds you well.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, the feature you are inquiring about is not available at this time. We have previously attempted to implement it, as you can see in the following link: https://8theme.upvoty.com/b/xstore/time-for-shipping-out-for-estimated-delivery/. However, we were unable to find a solution that would satisfy the diverse needs of all our customers.

Given the specific nature of your requirements, we recommend exploring third-party plugins that may better address your use cases for estimated delivery times. Our built-in feature is designed to meet the needs of the majority of our users, and unfortunately, it does not cover the unique scenarios you have described.

Thank you for your understanding, and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

    Dear @Mauro,

We hope this message finds you well.

We kindly ask you to check the recent modifications we made to the Product Categories widget settings on your web-site, which now include the “Menu Order” option for orderby setting. If this update aligns with your request, we would greatly appreciate your feedback. Should it meet your expectations, we will ensure that this improvement is included in the next theme update to prevent any loss of changes.

Thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Dear @Birdlife,

I hope this message finds you well.

Unfortunately, the FTP access credentials you provided appear to be incorrect. Could you kindly verify and test the credentials on your end to ensure they are accurate?

Also, we noticed that it is unable to edit your home page with Elementor builder now so it might be caused by some additional plugins installed on your web-site. We can recommend you to test it with default theme such as Hello Elementor or Storefront and if the issue is still there then the issue should be related to the Elementor’s plugin code.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Dear @Mauro,

If you would like to have a custom order that is not available in the current widget settings, you can submit a request for additional customization through the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel. Alternatively, you can create your own snippet to achieve the desired sorting.

We would be happy to suggest some potential solutions, but we are unsure of the exact order you are looking for, as it is not currently available in the settings. Could you kindly provide us with more details? This way, we may be able to offer a solution that meets your needs.

    Dear @Flance,

We hope this message finds you well.

The behavior you are experiencing is the default functionality of the widget. If you wish to modify it, you can adjust the content of the section by restructuring it using simple images within Elementor Containers. Additionally, you can set custom links by navigating to the “Advanced” tab and configuring the “XStore Wrapper Link” section for the respective element.

Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Grace,

I hope this message finds you well.

Kindly refer to the following response: https://www.8theme.com/topic/email-template-not-showing-images-on-mobile-devices/#post-410694. It appears that the issue with images not displaying in your email templates may be due to the use of the .webp format. This format is not always supported in email clients, which could be causing the display problems.

Additionally, please note that the product grid in the template editor is a placeholder. If there are no products matching the relevant query, the corresponding element will not be displayed in the content.

Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear Grace,

I hope this message finds you well.

We kindly request that you check the changes now. The issue you encountered with scrolling was due to the sticky header feature being applied to multiple levels of containers. To avoid similar issues in the future, we recommend reviewing the tutorials available in our documentation or utilizing the pre-built header templates.

For your convenience, we have made the necessary adjustments to the header template on your homepage. Please feel free to review the results at your earliest convenience.

    Dear @DonDigital,

We hope this message finds you well.

Could you kindly check the issue again? We have set ‘sans-serif’ as the fallback font, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/3vel92Np5vWi. It appears that the previous value of ‘Ubundu’ was causing the issue with the typography elements on your site.

Please let us know if the problem persists.

Note: we made changes on your staging web-site only but you can try to implement such solution on your live one too.

    Dear @gewoonbovenaan,

We hope this message finds you well.

After enabling debug mode, we identified that the fatal error on your site is caused by a third-party plugin named “Price by Formula Calculator for WooCommerce.” When this plugin is deactivated, the shop page displays correctly.

Additionally, we noticed some irregularities with the plugin’s information, particularly its version, which suggests that you might be using an unauthorized or pirated version of the plugin. You can view the details here: https://prnt.sc/iuauHupiTZst.

As this issue is not related to our theme, we kindly recommend reaching out to the plugin’s author to address and resolve the problem in their code. You can find more information here: https://prnt.sc/9_eLJcgYIjbX.

At this time we deactivated the plugin on your web-site, so there is no error now.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @AndreG,

We hope this message finds you well.

The issue you are experiencing appears to be related to the rendering styles of elements on your page. This is likely connected to your website’s loading speed and the cache systems currently in place. To address this, we have regenerated the CSS using Elementor’s tools. We kindly recommend that you now clear the caches in your cache plugin and check if the issue has been resolved.

Additionally, we noticed that you are using both Elementor and WPBakery page builders. This can significantly slow down your site’s performance. We suggest choosing and consistently using one of the builders, as both serve the same purpose in content creation. Using two different builders for different types of content is unnecessary and may lead to further complications.

Please feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @Deep,

We hope this message finds you well.

Could you kindly confirm if you have tested the issue using a default theme, such as Storefront? Please note that the emails are generated by the WooCommerce plugin and are not directly related to our theme.

If the issue persists while using the Storefront theme, we recommend reaching out to WooCommerce support. They will be able to provide guidance and suggest potential solutions to help you configure the correct settings.

Additionally, you may find it helpful to review the WooCommerce documentation, which is available at the following link: https://woocommerce.com/documentation/woocommerce/.
