    Hello @hafunerix

Could you please, check now ?
We have implemented a solution with custom CSS on your web-site for now containing next custom code:

    .single_variation_wrap:has(.woocommerce-variation[style*=none]) {
        margin-top: 25px;
    }

    Dear @Abdul Moiz,

We hope this message finds you well.

At the moment, we are managing a significant number of topics on our support platform, which limits our ability to conduct individual testing for each client. Therefore, we kindly request your assistance in testing the issue on your end and providing us with feedback, including screenshots of the results.

We believe it should be possible for you to adjust the subject line of the email in the WooCommerce settings and then place a test order to verify whether the subject line in the received emails is correct.

Regarding your second question, we suggest addressing your inquiries step by step. Let us first resolve the primary issue, and once that is completed, we will proceed to review and address your subsequent questions.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Best regards,

    Dear @Abdul Moiz,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you about the steps we have taken to investigate the issue on your website:

    1. We retained only the default WooCommerce widget in the Shop sidebar (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/gDMdpzaMX3l5) to determine if the error persists with the default widget.
    2. Additionally, we removed our custom Sidebar widget from the Elementor editor and replaced it with Elementor’s default widget (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/7Jsq8VZaEHiG).

These steps allowed us to confirm that none of our widgets are contributing to the issue. However, after completing these changes, we observed that the error still persists when attempting to edit (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/yipnbOTQl45N).

Upon reviewing the WooCommerce error log, we found the following information: https://prnt.sc/MWR-qJPCEFJ_). Based on this, we recommend reaching out to the WooCommerce support team, as the errors appear to be related to their default widgets.

Please let us know if there is anything further we can assist you with.

    Best regards,

    Dear @Aya Mohamed,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We regret to inform you that the only solution we can recommend is the one we previously suggested. This solution has been thoroughly tested with our customers and has proven to be effective. Unfortunately, free solutions are not capable of addressing all the requirements for translations of this nature.

If you prefer not to use the paid plugin, we are unable to recommend any free alternatives that would fully meet your needs. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Janina,

We hope this message finds you well.

It seems that the access you previously shared with us is no longer functioning. As a result, we kindly suggest manually reviewing your settings in the “Theme Options”. It appears that the “Separated Layout” is currently activated for your checkout pages. You can find detailed guidance on customizing cart and checkout page layouts in our documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/customizing-cart-checkout-page-layouts/.

We recommend switching to the “Classic Layout” or another layout option and checking if this resolves the issue. Additionally, the light grey background can be removed using custom CSS, but we encourage you to try the aforementioned solutions first.

Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Fabio,

We hope this message finds you well.

We kindly suggest reviewing the following article, which provides valuable insights into the loading sizes of images from devices: https://livefiredev.com/srcset-not-working-getting-wrong-images/.

The question you raised appears to be more closely related to device behavior, browser functionality, and the use of srcset for images on your website, rather than directly pertaining to our theme. We believe the article will help address your concerns effectively.

Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Abdul Moiz,

I hope this message finds you well.

Have you tried modifying the title of such emails within the settings of the template in WooCommerce? It’s possible that the subject line has been altered by WooCommerce plugin there, and you may simply need to set the desired subject for the email in those settings.

For custom templates built using our builder, you can refer to the following topic for guidance: https://www.8theme.com/topic/emails-for-dokan-vendors-are-not-being-sent/#post-418178. This topic provides information about the IDs of emails created based on the WooCommerce WC_Email class.

If you’ve created custom emails using a third-party plugin, we recommend reaching out to the support team of that plugin for assistance. Alternatively, you can submit a request for additional customization through the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

Should you have any further questions or require additional support, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Abdul Moiz,

We hope this message finds you well.

Could you kindly check the update now? We have moved the video to the last position in the sequence. This adjustment was made because, when the video was placed first, the iframe required additional loading time, which caused display issues. By positioning it as the last item, we were able to address this concern and have also ensured that it is center-aligned for better presentation by adding of custom CSS for Product gallery widget in Elementor editor.

Thank you for your understanding, and please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.

    Dear @Benas,

I hope this message finds you well.

We wanted to kindly follow up regarding our previous inquiry. Unfortunately, we have not yet received your response about testing the redirection issue using the default Storefront theme. Could you please confirm if the issue persists with the Storefront theme as well?

Additionally, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with screenshots of your testing results. If the issue is indeed replicated while using the default Storefront theme, we recommend reaching out to WooCommerce support for further assistance.

Thank you for your cooperation, and please let us know if you have any questions or need further clarification.

    Dear @Harish,

Thank you for reaching out to us and for your efforts in testing. We truly appreciate your cooperation.

However, we noticed that no screenshots were provided to help us better understand the issue you are experiencing on your website. Additionally, we are currently unable to log in to your website due to custom redirections implemented in the login form.

To assist you further, we recommend testing whether the issue persists when using the default Storefront theme. Please note that the functionality related to user registration is managed by the WooCommerce plugin and is not directly tied to the XStore theme. It should function the same way with the default theme.

If the issue is also present with the Storefront theme, we kindly suggest reaching out to the WooCommerce plugin support team, as they would be best equipped to assist you with this matter. Please understand that our support team is dedicated to addressing issues related specifically to our products.

Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our support privacy policy. Should you have any further questions or concerns related to the XStore theme, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Rakesh,

We hope this message finds you well.

The issue you encountered was due to the use of the ‘Product Grid’ widget on your shop page. To ensure the products are displayed correctly based on the current query of the page, the ‘Archive Products’ widget should be used instead.

To assist you, we have replaced the incorrect widget with the appropriate one. You can now review the updated configuration on your shop page.

For further guidance, we encourage you to refer to the documentation for our XStore Archive Products Builder and its configurations. You can access it here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/.

    Dear @Gabriele,

We hope this message finds you well.

It appears that the LiteSpeed Cache plugin is currently installed and configured on your website, which ensures that only critical CSS is being loaded on your pages. To assist in troubleshooting the issue with the icons not loading correctly, we kindly request that you temporarily deactivate the plugin for testing purposes.

Once the plugin is deactivated, please check if the icons are displayed as expected. If the issue is resolved, we recommend reviewing the plugin’s configuration settings to ensure that icon fonts are preloaded. Alternatively, you may wish to reach out to the plugin’s support team for further assistance on this matter.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @tareqabodohon,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon investigating the issue with certain products displaying a broken structure, we have identified that the problem is related to the content displayed within the product tabs. When the tabs are removed, the design appears to function normally, as shown in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/PGAJpTmDff6J.

Our analysis indicates that there is likely some HTML code within the tabs that is missing a closing </div> tag. Specifically, we found 689 opening <div> tags and only 686 closing </div> tags in the page source, which suggests a discrepancy in the code.

Unfortunately, we are unable to pinpoint the exact source of the problematic code. It appears to be custom code, possibly originating from a plugin, and the content is in Arabic, which makes it more challenging for us to investigate further.

We kindly request that you review the content within the product tabs on your end to identify and resolve the issue. If you require any further assistance or guidance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

This bug is not related to our theme but rather to the custom HTML code you insterted for those products.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Dear @Chris,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We would like to inform you that the issue you are experiencing does not appear to be related to our theme. Specifically, the content intended to be loaded via AJAX into the #cfw-side-cart-floating-button element is not being loaded. This could potentially be related to the plugin’s configuration or the caching system on your website.

To help identify the root cause, we recommend testing the functionality with a default theme to determine if the issue persists.
