Could you please send us FTP access details in a private message, along with your permission to update the theme to the latest version? We suspect that some customizations may have been made directly in the theme files, or that the issue might be related to WordPress itself. After updating to the latest version (which we will assist you with), we will proceed to review and resolve the main issue.
Additionally, could you please let us know what actions you performed before the issue appeared? For example, did you install or update any plugins, change your hosting, or modify any code in your child theme? This information will help us identify the possible source of the problem.
