You may try Duplicator plugin to move site from one domain to another one.
You may keep the dev site activated and deactivate it once you move your site successfully to the new domain. After moving site to new domain you need to deactivate the license on domain 1 and activate it again to avoid problems with the future updates.

Loco translate > Themes > XStore > add the language you need https://gyazo.com/fed3dee6ba549640ff5bebd06f5b4ccc Translate the necessary strings.
Do the same for the XStore core plugin (Loco translate > Plugins > XStore core).
Also, don’t forget to choose the site language in Settings > General.
