WPBakery not working - by Rado - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello

I have a problem with wpbakery. It is not working. I tried everything i found on this forum but nothing solved my problem.

when i want to edit page with wpbakery, i click on the page and see blank page only.

when i open console i see error https://www.*******.**/wp-admin/post.php?vc_action=vc_inline&post_id=18&post_type=page net::ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR 200

i use theme Xstore xstore child babystore

i have reinstalled wordpress and theme 2times

Hi,

Please send:

– FTP info (server, username, password, port)
– Admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password)

Hello,

The issue appears if Massive addons plugin is enabled. I suppose it’s because of the max body size limit. We already had the similar issues https://codecanyon.net/item/massive-addons-for-visual-composer/14429839/comments?filter=all&page=79#comment_18501820
The solution from plugin author works for the Apache servers, you are using Nginx. So, contact your hosting provider and ask then to increase that limit.
