Hello!

I have added the sidebar on the discount page for you. You can see all the filters on the page except the price filter because it does work on the shop page only.

I have also created the custom template for the discount page, You can see the images, product titles and info.

Please use the images you want to and add the product titles and information. You can also link these boxes to the single products also if you would like to. here you can edit this page.

I am sorry but there is no option to split the results by city but you can use third-party plugins to add more filters, There are different plugins available you can search for them and use. But please remember these will be the third party plugins and we do not provide the working guarantee of any third party plugin

Hello!

Actually, the carousel using images as backgrounds. Please remember that the background images work independently and it is because of their nature in the HTML.

I have written below CSS code for you, please add it to the custom CSS area of theme options and let me know if you need any further help.

Hello!

Actually, your shop page is created with the wp baker builder that’s why opening it with the Elementor cause the issue. If you want to use the Elementor on the shop page then you will have to recreate the page with the elementor.

I understand you want the same sidebar/filters on the discount page as on the shop. We can use the filters but I am afraid to say that the price filter will not work on the Discount page. The prie filter is made by woocommerce only for shop and archive woocommerce pages. It is not a theme restriction but woocommerce intended behavior. If you allow me I can add all other filters shown on the shop page on the discount page too.

I see you do not want the shop/cart functionality on the Discount page. I am sorry but you have added products so if you want to show info then please do not use products on this page but create boxes with product images and info. If you do not want to make changes we can disable the links on the discount page so the cart function will not work or we can also remove the cart button on this page.

Please let me know how you want to proceed so I can help you accordingly.

Can you please perform each item below to see if it fixes your issue, be sure to clear your browser cache and empty the plugin cache if you are using a cache plugin?

1-deactivate all plugins that were not included with our theme
2-remove all custom CSS and check any other customizations that have been performed
3-If using a child theme, please use the default parent theme to see if that fixes it.
4-Make sure to clear the plugin and browser cache after each step.

In the case the issue is still present, please provide us with your WP and FTP login information in so we can check this out for you first hand.

However, you can achieve the requirement with help of these plugins

Hello!

I have configured the W3 total cache plugin and also optimized 288 images with help of the Ewww image optimizer plugin.

I also found out that the below images are still affecting the performance, These images alone taking more than 6 seconds to load:

2-https://leaveshop.com/wp-includes/images/w-logo-blue-white-bg.png
3-https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/niche-market02/wp-content/uploads/sites/55/2020/12/Image-8.jpg
4-https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/niche-market02/wp-content/uploads/sites/55/2020/12/Image-1.jpg

I see these above images are uploaded more than one time with many other images, Please remember the images play a very important role in the website performance so please delete the images which are uploaded repeatedly.

Can you please also contact your service provider to enable the CDN on your website and if they can also enable the Gzip compression because I see the initial response time from the server is also not good and it should be reduced.

Please let me know what they say and if they have any suggestions for the theme end.

Hello!

The core plugin is essential for the X-store theme to work. We have thousands of customers and if there was an issue with the default plugin it would have been fixed.

It can be a third-party conflict ( another plugin causing the problem with an et-core plugin).

Can you please share your wp-admin details so I can check your setup and help you fix the issue with the core plugin?

Please remember the performance of the website depends upon:

-Server and its configurations
-Media type (images+videos)
-Theme
-Caching

I see the JS resources are affecting the website performance most. I see the resources are not parsing or combined and they take much time to load. Can you please contact your HOST and ask them to enable the CDN for your website as this feature controls the server and browser cache along with the image optimization and it is very effective.

Please also ask them to let us know if they have any recommended cache plugin.

Please also allow me to configure your cache plugin to improve your website performance and I see you also need to optimize some of the images, we have a very good recommended plugin to optimize your image: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ewww-image-optimizer/

Please always make sure to upload light size images ( less than 300kbs) as the media plays a very important role in the website performance.
