Buenas tardes, hay un problema con el plugin Xtore Core. Al activarlo hace que la web vaya extremadamente lenta, tanto en el apartado “personalizar” como para cargar las páginas en el explorador.

He hablado con la empresa del servidor/hosting i me dicen que es por un plugin instalado. He descativado todos los plugins y he ido activando uno por uno y el problema es el plugin Xstore Core.

Alguna solución?

(Tengo activado el tema Xstore Child, nose si tengo que activar el Xstore normal. )

Good morning, there is a problem with the Xstore Core plugin. When activated, it makes the web extremely slow, both within WordPress to customize and render the pages and to load the pages in the browser for any user visiting the web.

I have spoken to the server / hosting company and they tell me it is due to an installed plugin. I have disabled all the plugins and activated them one by one and the problem is the Xstore Core plugin. If I deactivate it, the web works correctly.

Any solution?

(I have activated the Xstore Child theme, I don’t know if I have to activate the normal Xstore).

Hello!

The core plugin is essential for the X-store theme to work. We have thousands of customers and if there was an issue with the default plugin it would have been fixed.

It can be a third-party conflict ( another plugin causing the problem with an et-core plugin).

Can you please share your wp-admin details so I can check your setup and help you fix the issue with the core plugin?

I tested your website performance: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.slowlivingbrand.com/Pgm3ZuGE/

It is slow even the Xstore core plugin is disabled. I see some of the third party plugins is causing the slow loading of the website. Please check the waterfall tab in the above link and you will see the resources taking the time.

I also see you need to optimize your images and you have not used any cache plugin which is necessary to control the resources loading and caching.

Please configure the cache plugin, optimize the images and activate the Xstore core plugin, you will see the performance much better.
