Dear support
We see a similiar problem with issue.
We update from ManageWP service in order to give to our client a montly report. The problem we have is these updates ready to apply are not visible in ManageWP but they are in WP admin area. We reached out to ManageWP service and they replied me:
I have noticed that you already experienced the similar issues with the Xstore theme (with Xstore Core plugin, to be more precise).
Since this is a premium theme, it might be that for this theme the remote update is not allowed. Could you please contact Xstore theme support and ask them if the remote update is allowed on this theme?
Please, take a look in this screen:

Could you see if there any issue from your side please?
Looking forward to your answer
Best regards
Dear Rose
Sorry for my mistake.
Could you try again with these credentials?
Regards
Dear Rose. This answer does not reply my question. I need this update appears in ‘Updates’ area so we are able to update from ManageWP
I’d like to see your comments
Thanks
Thanks Rose
Very clear your explanation
Best regards
Please, notify me through this ticket when this issue is fixed.
Thanks in advanced.
Regards
Nop. That did not work
I’ve activated the parent theme with barely plugins Xstore needs to work, but still display twice the product title and the price. I didn’t touch the Parent theme neither and it’s updated.
Could you review again wich is the problem?
Please, hurry up because we are almost to launch the site 🙂
Thanks
Yes, I see it, but this wasn’t visible on Dashboard > Updates, therefore ManageWP (the external service we use to manage several WP site) is not able to see it either.
Ok, but you don’t say why this update doesn’t display on Dashboard > Updates since that ManageWP needs take the info from there to update from that platform.
Hi Olga
We manage several WP sites and is important that this kind of updating appears in Dashboard > Updates, since we update from one external service as ManageWP.
The problem we face is that this update is invisible to ManageWP eyes and we risk to skip it in the future.
Is there anything you can do?
Regards
Perfect. Very grateful!
Hi Olga
Thanks for your fast reply
Could you explain how did you solved it step by step since we’ve faced this trouble several times in our local environment?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards
Dear support
I still have troubles translating the “Return to previous page” string in other site.
I’ve followed the instructions you pointed but I am not able to translate this string.
Even, I’ve installed “Loco translate” plugin but no luck
Please, see private content.

Dear support
In the site we’re working on, we’re replacing Visual Composer by Elementor Pro since the performance is much better. The problem we have is that we don’t know what is the shortcode for “[8theme] Brands carousel” widget. Could you provide us a brief explanation about how to use it?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards
Ok, I’ll be looking forward for it.
Thanks
Thanks Olga
Will be fixed this issue in the next release anyway?
Regards
These are the files I see:
xstore/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php version 3.0.2 is out of date. The core version is 3.1.0,
xstore/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php version 3.0.2 is out of date. The core version is 3.1.0,

This is my version of Xstore

Dear support
I have the lastest version of Xstore up to now (3.16.2) and this post is almost a month ago but I also see the same message “Your theme (XStore) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files”
How and when will you release the version to solved this?
Regards
Don’t bother. I’ll fix by myself.
Thanks anyway
I thought you give a good support. It mustn’t seem difficult for you.
Dear support
I am facing the same problem but I am not able to fix it.
Please take a look these screens

Would you know how to fix this?
Thanks in advanced
Best regards
Nop. This wouldn’t be working. I’ve followed your instructions but no luck.
In order be sure I am doing well, I’ve translated another string in my .po file for example “My Account” and I can see that if I enter an spanish text, this is displayed correctly in the front-end. However, when I change “Return to Previous Page”, this string remains equal.
Could you explainme step by step how I should do it using Loco as You’ve done?
This string is being rebel with me.
Regards
Hi Olga
I am trying to do the same in a clone site but I am not able.
(I am newbie with Loco since I’ve always used POedit)
Could you explain me step by step how you did?
With your way, wouldn’t be missing some strings to be translated?
I wonder that because in the site you’ve worked there are 489 pending strings (56% translated), instead in the new site says 0 pending strings (100% translated)
Looking forward to your comments
Regards
Any reply to this ticket?
I’ve renewed the support service but I am so disappointed because you don’t provide answers at time. Our clients are upset with us because their sites are not working as expect. Sadly, we will have to change the Xstore theme by one that offer a better support if you don’t give us trusted assistance.
is there anybody over there? :/
We already added the cart icon, but we got the error that we’ve informed.
Please, consider visit the site with Firefox initially.
Waiting for an answer.
Regards
Additionally, icon cart is no longer display 🙁
