Concerning the menu that is the default display of Custom Menu widget as it’s usually added into sidebar. If you want to have the menu inline you can create the links in the Text widget.

Concerning the footer you should go to Theme Options and select footer color and light color scheme for the font. How to create footer you can watch the Legenda video tutorial, as the process is identical.
If you want to change font you can do this for all elements in Theme Options > Typography. Unfortunately we don’t have separate settings for the menu.
If you import other pages and font isn’t changed there, then font styles may be written while creating a page. In this case you need open the page for editing and check the element where the style isn’t changed.
Regarding the logo please try to change folders permissions where your image is located to 777.

Concerning the outdated files, please don’t worry. During the next week we’ll produce the update of the theme where this issue will be fixed. Please wait a little.
What about the menu this is how it looks by default in custom menu widget. Sorry.

You can try to add Custom menu widget in “Place in header top bar” widget area to have menu items instead of language icons.
Unfortunately there is no possibility to add different logo for fixed header.
