Is there a temporary fix you can recommend? Checkout pages are white screen. Please give us an update on timing as well. Thanks Eva.

    Hello @gotoddrun,

Please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials.
Was the Checkout page blank just after the theme installation or after Woocommerce update?
    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Hi, wich versions do have now and WHERE do you see this erros?

    I have WooCommerce 2.2.1, legenda 2.3 and wordpress 4.0..

I dont see any errors yet but there is already a newer version of WooCommerce namely version 2.2.2..

Should I wait to update from WooCommerce 2.2.1 to 2.2.2?

    Hello @chndr,

You can update Woocommerce plugin. The warnings you may get aren’t affect on the site work. But the warnings will be fixed in the new theme update which will be released during the next week.

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello @gotoddrun,

As I see you have a lot of 3rd-party plugins installed. Please try to deactivate them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue.

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Thanks Eva. I just deactivated all plugins except woocommerce and the problem still happens.
If you add a product to the cart, you’ll see.

    @gotodrun

I had also blank pages one time after an update. The problem was fixed when I deactivated woocommerce and activated again. Did you tried that already?

    Regards,
    Chndr

@chndr Thanks for the tip but It isn’t working for me. I’ve deactivated all plugins including deactivating and reactivating woocommerce and I’m still showing white pages when I add a product to the shopping card.

    Any help Eva?

    Hello @gotoddrun,

This issue persists with default WordPress theme too. So it’s not related to our theme. In this case we recommend you to contact your hosting provider and ask them to check error logs. The problem may be caused by the lack of memory, so ask your host to increase its value. Also you can contact Woocommerce and WordPress support teams concerning these issues as our theme is not the only one where such issue occurs.

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi,

I still have Legenda 2.3. Should I update to the current 2.4 or can I wait for the next update and update to that one? I see this 2.4 caused problems to many people and I want to avoid the problems.

    Thank you.
