    Hello,

    As I see you have 2 TheLeader themes besides child theme. You shouldn’t create a separate folder for each theme version. Old files must be rewritten by new ones. Please reupdate the theme as described in our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/leader/#!/upgrade
    Don’t forget to save changes in Theme Options.

    Hello,

    Very likely that file_get_contents() function is disabled in the server configuration at your hosting provider. It caused problems with import.
    Please contact them and ask about this issue.

    This error may be caused by your server configuration. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them what php version is used for your site. It shouldn’t be less than 5.3 version. Also ask them to increase memory_limit value.

    You had Blanco 2.9.2 version. It was written in style.css file.
    I’ve updated the theme to 2.9.3 version.

    I’ve just logged in to FTP account and haven’t seen any folders.
    Please provide us with the correct FTP account to be able to see WordPress files and the theme folder.

    As I see in the directory /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/i18n/languages you have the file woocommerce.pot, but it should be renamed to woocommerce-de_De.po as described in this documentation: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-localization/

    We’re very sorry for the delay.
    There was planned a new feature in the theme, but it’s still not released and Prefooter section was added into the theme update by mistake. We’ll fix this in our next update.
    So prefooter area won’t work.
