Unfortunately if allow_url_fopen is disabled templates can’t be imported automatically.
So I’ve imported them manually. The pages are called Full Width, Sidebar, Lookbok, One Page.

1. You can change images in slider settings. The dimensions of our demo images are 940px × 400px.
2. Those banners are added on your Home page with the code

3. You can create categories in Products > Categories and mark each product for the category.
Then you need add product categories to your menu in Appearance > Menus

Did you install the basic demo content in Theme Options > Import/Export?
If so, you should have our demo page – Home, where those banners and subscriber box are added. You can view how they are created.
