Please update them and WordPress too.

I deactivated all 3rd-party plugins and the layout worked.
Please deactivate all 3rd-party plugins and check the pages yourself, but before clear the cache of your browser or check the site with another browser.

Yes, but what is the username? I tried to use login as “admin” and the password you provided but got an error “Username or password incorrect”.
Please write what username (login) we should use to be able to access wp-admin panel.

You can find what class to edit using Chrome console, open your site in Chrome browser and make right click with your mouse on the element you want to edit, from the appeared menu you need select “Inspect element” and you’ll see what classes are used for the elements.

We’re sorry, but if you selected Grid Layout in Theme Options > Blog layout, sidebar won’t show in this template. You can create other blog page and use Posts Grid element in Visual Composer editor and sidebar should be displayed.
