Hello @acromie,
The problem was caused by oauth-twitter-feed-for-developers plugin. I’ve renamed its folder to oauth-twitter-feed-for-developers_old in /dev.heartlandparenting.com/wp-content/plugins directory and now the site is working.
Please check.
Thank you.

Unfortunately Visual Composer fron-end editor can’t be loaded in the theme due to heavy elements that are loaded on the home page. You can use only back-end editor. Please take our apologies for inconveniences.

Hello,
Did you make changes in the original theme files or just in custom.css file?
If you edited theme files you need create child theme https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/2_child_theme and copy the modified files in there.
After that create a back up of the files and database and update the theme.
There was compatibility issue with new Woocommerce update and our theme. That’s why we released an new theme version to make compatible with new Woocommerce plugin.
Thank you for understanding.

Eva Kemp.

Hello,
You can increase the height of the languages area to have flags located inside of it, add this code in style.css of the child theme:
.languages-area {
height: 40px !important;
}
As I see search form is opened in pop up window.
Sorry but there is no possibility to move it to the top bar. You can use other header type where search icon is placed at the top.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hello,

You can try to use one of the plugins to add video:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-html5-video/

Thank you.

Hello,
Please disable all 3rd-party plugins and check site loading again.
Also check it with default WordPress theme. The issue may be caused by your server configuration and resources limits that are set for your hosting plan.

Hello,
You can translate Contact form in .po file as described in our documentation:
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/1_how_to_translate
If you want to style some elements you need use custom.css file and write your modifications in there. How to create custom.css you can watch in this tutorial (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
You can find all icons in the file wp-content/themes/royal/framework/theme-functions.php (line 5004).
Thank you.
