I have disabled the Responsive Option. However, with the full width 1175px, the website is trimmed from the right side. I did the following to resolve the issue:

    1. Change the full width from 1175px to 85% – It resolves the issue on home page, however, product pages are distorted with the product names in two lines
    2. Remove the side columns and now showing the page in one column with 12 col span.

    Please suggest.

    Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version:
    https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html#!/installation_upgrade (Theme Upgrade)

Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and WordPress.

Don’t forget to create a back up before update!

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

We have bought the template on the 29th of October 2014 and since then we have spent valuable time customizing it.

The updates you mentioned above (back-up, upgrade, applying patches) will take around 16 hours of work which in our opinion is outrageous as this can only mean we have bought an out of date template from you. How will be responsible for this “extra-work”?

Given the situation we consider that the best thing to do is either you will support the cost of the upgrade or just update it yourselves as credentials have been already provided above.

Looking forward in hearing from you.

    Hello,

Did you make changes in the original theme files or just in custom.css file?
If you edited theme files you need create child theme https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/2_child_theme and copy the modified files in there.
After that create a back up of the files and database and update the theme.

There was compatibility issue with new Woocommerce update and our theme. That’s why we released an new theme version to make compatible with new Woocommerce plugin.

    Thank you for understanding.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
