The problem is you’re using low php version: PHP Version 5.2.6.
It should be at least 5.3. So please ask your host to change it for your site.
Also ask them to increase post_max_size and upload_max_filesize functions. After that try to activate the theme.

You need edit the file wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/shortcodes.php (find the section “! Share This Product”, line 1238) and edit the links, for example for facebook icon you need edit the code <a href="http://www.facebook.com/sharer.php?u='.$permalink.'&images='.$image.'" target="_blank"><span class="icon-facebook"></span></a> and replace http://www.facebook.com/sharer.php?u='.$permalink.'&images='.$image.' with your Facebook url.

Did you remove the product where the image was too big?

If you want to put a phone number beside the logo you need edit header.php file or you can enable top bar in Theme Options > Header and add the content in “Place in header top bar” area in Appearance > Widgets.
