    Hello,

    You had two ecommerce plugins enabled – Woocommerce and WP-eCommerce. I’ve disabled WP-eCommerce plugin and now products page is working fine. Please check.
    Note you should activate 2 ecommerce plugins as there may be a conflict.

    Hello,

    I’ve changed cart design in Theme Options > General > Header Settings > Cart widget design > Animated.
    Also I’ve edited the file woo.php and placed it in your child theme folder wp-content/themes/fullips-child/framework and added this code in Theme Options > Typography > Custom CSS:

    .cart-design-2 .shopping-cart-widget {
    color: black !important;
}

    The code that was added in woo.php is:
    <a href="<?php echo $woocommerce->cart->get_cart_url(); ?>"><?php _e('Cart', ET_DOMAIN) ?>:</a> in line 663.
    Please check cart in header now.

    I’ve enabled “Enable slider for gallery images” option in Theme Options > Single Product Page and now single product page is shown correctly. Please check.

    Hello,

    You can try to use this code in custom.css file:

    .product-content-image img {
 height: 300px !important;
}

    How to create custom.css you can watch in this tutorial (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
    I’ve commented the code <?php echo etheme_get_option('header_custom_block'); ?> in the file headers/header-structure-2.php in Appearance > Editor. Now social media icons aren’t displayed.

    Hello,

    We know about the issue with font and are working on it. This bug will be fixed as soon as possible. Meanwhile you can add this code in custom.css file:

    .menu > li > a {
 font-family: "Open Sans" !important;
}

    Hello,

    Please update Woocommerce plugin.
    Also delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and reupload it from a new theme package that you downloaded.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    If the problem still persists provide us with FTP credentials.

    Hello,

    I’ve changed main color in Theme Options > Color Scheme to green and now there is green color on the site when hovering links. Clear your browser cache and check (hover menu links, for example, you’ll see green color when hovering the menu items).
    Also I’ve selected 6th header type in Theme Options > Header and it has been changed on the site. Please clear browser cache and check.

}

    2. As I see fixed header shows correct menu:

    You should mark some products with that category or subcategories.
    The same issue persists for French categories.
