    Please watch this tutorial how to update the theme:

    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    You should update plugins the same way (overwrite plugins folders in the directory wp-content/plugins). You can download the latest versions here: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    What was changed you can read here http://themeforest.net/item/royal-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/8611976 .
    We recommend to update the theme as shown in this video tutorial:
    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).


    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    You can import Footer xml file and it’ll appear in Static Block section. Then add 8theme – Static Block widget into Footer area in Appearance > Widgets.

    Hello,

    That page is not built with Essential Grid plugin. It’s standard Woocommerce template for products pages.
    To create it you need select Shop page (it must be empty) as your Products Page in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab > Display.
    Then go to Theme Options > Products Page Layout > select layout with sidebar and add your widgets into Shop Sidebar area in Appearance > Widgets. Also you can create product categories in wp-admin panel > Products > Categories. Product categories pages will have the same layout as the main Shop page.

    I’ve just checked drop down menu with payments options on the Checkout page and it’s working fine. I didn’t have to reload a page, drop down menu was opened from the first time.
    Please try to check it with another browser.
    Also check if your browsers are up to date.
