Links does not work - by MagmMe - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I have just noticed that every link I am trying to select and put on page using Grid, does not work.

For example. I tried to select Info baner from backend editor, then fill all the informations and then try to select a link. but after that there is a message: URL:Undefined.

Tried to use shortcut but still the same – does not work.

Take a look on attached print screen. There is some JS code in tag .

What should I do? This is very important to me.

Hello,

Your credentials to wp-admin panel are incorrect. Please check them.
Are you using the latest versions of Ultimate VC Addons and Visual Composer plugins? You can download them here: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

That credentials which I sent in Private Content? I have already checked them and they are ok.

Or maybe You want to get to wp-admin. I am sending details in Private Content.

My version of Ultimate VC Addons is 3.9.4.And Visual Composer is 4.4.3. Can not upgrade to latest version becouse I have to pay for it. In Your documentation there is a sentence that “The plugins run perfectly and are fully functional”. Is there any other way to upgrade these plugins?

You can download the plugins at this link:
https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
Please update them via FTP (overwrite plugins files with the ones from the latest versions).

Ok. Please tell me one more thing. Should I overwrite all floders “aksimet” and “Ultimate_VC_addons” in wp-content/plugins or overwrite directly files named: “Ultimate_VC_addons.php” and “aksimet.php”?

Hello,

You should overwrite the folder “Ultimate_VC_addons” and not just one file.

site is already on a webhost but not published. do you need a login or what else?

We need to check what you did wrong so Facebook link doesn’t work.
So please give us access to wp-admin panel and show a page link where you added Facebook icon.

Please update the required plugins to the latest versions. You can download them at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
Overwrite plugins folders in the directory wp-content/plugins.
