I’ve selected the 2nd header type in Theme Options > Header and disabled top bar.

You can add share icons using shortcode [share] in Theme Options > Header > Header custom HTML (for 6, 7, 13, 14, 18 headers) (in this case you need select one of these header types – 6, 7, 13, 14, 18 headers).

Please clarify what icons you want to remove.

Sorry, but there is no possibility to show categories the way you want. You can only select Product Categories element in VC editor and categories will be shown in grid mode.

Try to use default template and set slider instead of breadcrumbs and page heading, select “Without” for “Custom footer for this page” in Page Layout box.
