In your Prefooter static block you selected “Main Sidebar” in Widgetised Sidebar elements. I’ve edited them and selected “On-Sale” and “Random Products” sidebars which you created in Appearance > Widgets. Please check Prefooter area on site now.

As you can see only random products are shown. To display sale products you need add sale price for some of your products.

Copyright text can be added in Appearance > Widgets > Footer Copyright area.

Footer links area is empty, yes, but you need to add your own content, add Text widget into there and write source code to an image that is hosted on your site account.

You need update not only Visual Composer, but other plugins too, which you can download at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
Also you need update theme too.

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

On our demo old Visual Composer version is used, but now Post Grid element is updated in the new plugin version and has different options.
To hide excerpts you can add this code in custom.css file:

.vc_custom_heading.vc_gitem-post-data.vc_gitem-post-data-source-post_excerpt {
    display: none;
}

As I remember we edited files for you to display related products just under the content, and not under sidebar on single product page.
Please cancel all changes and revert default theme files back. After that check your site.

2. Labels can be added only for submenu items. I’ve added it for the item “Постеры”. Please check it.

4. To add Sale label you need write sale price for a product http://storage8.static.itmages.com/i/15/1021/h_1445427361_8403957_4283567d59.png . There are no options to create your own labels. Sorry.

5. You added the code into Visual editor, I’ve re-added it to Text editor http://storage5.static.itmages.com/i/15/1021/h_1445427475_9308624_a3dc34bb2d.png , now it’s shown fine.

6. Yes, you can delete MasterSlider plugin if you don’t use it.

7. This is Brands element in Visual Composer editor. It’s added on your page, but brands aren’t shown because you didn’t mark any products with your brands http://storage2.static.itmages.com/i/15/1021/h_1445427724_7296930_8c91ebf297.png .

8. It’s not available in the theme options, that was created only for demo site.

9. To set breadcrumbs background go to Theme Options > Color Scheme > Breadcrumbs background and upload your image or set any color. Then go to Theme Options > Header > Breadcrumbs Style > select “With background”.

10. This is just an image which you can replace with your content in Appearance > Widgets > Footer Links area.

11. You can add image editing column in Visual Composer editor in your home page:
