After update nothing works:visual composer

Hi,

I’ve updated theme to the latest version(2.3).

After that,Visual composer does not work.
Back editor does not work .

I uploaded the image of the problem in a URL below.

I’ve added this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:
```

    max-width: 100% !important;
}
```
Please check video background now.
