    Hello @beals,

    Please check if other folder like “ultimate_vc_addons” is present in wp-content/plugins directory.
    If it is, delete it and keep only “Ultimate_VC_Addons” folder.

    Hello,

    I don’t see slider on category page:

    It’s displayed only on Shop page.
    Please show a link where else you see the slider.

    The problem may be you have low memory value. Ask your hosting provider to increase memory_limit value and check the site then.

    Hello @beals,

    You should install the plugin via FTP.
    Connect to your server and upload the plugin folder (extract it before) to wp-content/plugins directory. Then activate it in wp-admin panel > Plugins.

    Hello,

    Go to Settings -> Reading -> “Blog pages show at most” and then set the post number value bigger than the number of your products.
    This way all products will be shown.

    1. As I see you haven’t mark featured products.
    Please read how to do this https://support.woothemes.com/hc/en-us/articles/203104327-Mark-Product-as-Featured .

    2. To enabled VC editor in Static Block go to Visual Composer > General Settings > Content types and tick “staticblocks”.

    3. Please show a screenshot of the issue as it’s unclear for us.

    4. Please use this code in custom.css file:

    .products-grid.product-count-6 .product {
    width: 160px !important;
}

    You have to upload theme via FTP as described here:

    Activate it, then install all required plugins and after that you can install demo data as described in the documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/demo_data_installation .

    “Read more” tag won’t work in Team Member element, because there is no link to full post for further reading.
    Try to add this code to your post <a class="button right" href="http://url_to_your_page">Read More</a> and create a separate post where full information is written.

    Sorry, but we can’t connect via FTP getting the error:
    Status: Connection attempt failed with “EAI_NONAME – Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known”.
    Error: Could not connect to server

    Do you use any FTP port or any special settings?

    Original sizes of images in demo Parallax site are 1,658px × 890px.

    When resizing images we also recommend to use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ to regenerate images.
