    Hi There,

When i first purchased WooPress I had areal problems installing it and had to get Eva to do the install for me.
The site we are developing is using the Woocommerce Product vendors plugin so the site can be used like Ebay, Amazon and Etsy. We almost had it working, but we now need to install a fresh copy into another folder and I’d like to know how Eva installed it so we can reinstall ourselves when needed.
If you can let me know what you did to get it to install I’d be very grateful.

    Kindest Regards

    Hylton

    Hello,

You have to upload theme via FTP as described here:
    https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/installation_upgrade

Activate it, then install all required plugins and after that you can install demo data as described in the documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/demo_data_installation .

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

Thanks for getting back to me.

That all works until i get to install the plugins and all the blank screens start appearing.
I’ve never had so much trouble installing a theme. me what the problem is with all the blank screens?

Can you tell me what is causing all the blank screens?

    Kindest Regards

    Hello,

The problem may be you have low memory value. Ask your hosting provider to increase memory_limit value and check the site then.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

OK, my host has increased the memory and the plugins are installed now.

Now I’ve got problems trying to install the Essential Grid .json file, keeps giving an Ajax error, and I just know I’m going to have problems installing the demo data for the watch theme.

I’ve supplied my login in the private content just in case you need it.

    Kindest Regards

    Hi Eva,

Many thanks for doing that for me.

I’ve started to get the site setup with the Watches theme, but i can’t add any pages to the menu for some reason? When i select the watches home page and click the “add to menu” button nothing happens and the little timer just goes around an around forever?

    What’s caused that to happen?

    Kindest Regards

    Hylton

    Hi Jack,
Thank you for getting back to me.

No idea why it won’t let me add pages to the menu as it was working.
    The site is http://www.nutechtoyz.com/newstore
FTP details are in the private content section

    Thanks again Jack

    Hello,

There is error in your error_log file:
PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /home/nutechtoyz/public_html/newstore/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 180

You should contact your hosting provider and ask to increase memory_limit value.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
