To have the specific sidebar you have to select the desired widget area where you drag needed widgets. Go to Pages > My account page, under page layout box on the right side select Sidebar position and Widget area.
You need choose widgets you want to show in Appearance > Widgets and drag them to the needed widget area you’ll use for My account page.

To avoid this problem you have to choose sidebar position for each post in admin panel > Posts, under Page Layout box on the right side select Sidebar position > Left Sidebar and choose the desired Widget area. }

To create custom.css you can rename default.custom.css to custom.css in the theme wp-content/themes/xmarket and enable it in XMarket – Theme Settings > tick “Enable Custom CSS file”.

Yes, the problem was you provided the password starting with capital “J” and it should be “j”.
As I see you have old theme version, now there is 2.9.2 version. Please update it to the latest version.
If the update doesn’t help, please provide us with FTP credentials.
