    Hello, @antonia,

    1) Actually, in the document we added 4 columns just for an example to understand how to set the mega menu nothing else. You can set the columns as per your need based on the menu items you have.

    Hello, @shomali,

    There could be one of the reasons listed below for your issue.

    1. CDN, I can see you have the active CDN on your site, It is basically the server-side cache, so you have to first flush the CDN from your server and then disable it for a while till you are in the development process and then check back your site after clearing the browser cache.

    2. The issue could be because of the Multiple headers, you have to check it on your site that if you are using the Multiple Header, you have to set the condition accordingly.

    3. OR the issue could be because of any third-party plugin conflict, Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persist then please share your site WP-ADMIN Login details in the below-listed format in the private content area so that we’ll check and assist you accordingly.

    Actually, the product rating is coming and handled by the WooCommerce plugin in order to set the rating option on your site, make sure that you have set the settings of product reviews from the WooCommerce settings.     Please contact your service provider (Hosting) to flush the server cache completely then disable the cache plugins if you are using them after that check back to your site after clearing the browser cache your issue will be resolved.

    Hello, @antonia,

    The mega menu is coming from the static blocks named “Shop Mega Menu” I have checked it you set the menu in it with 4 columns and the content is more than 4 columns on the first and second columns there are two main menus with the sub-menus so the content appears bigger than the screens if you set the full width of the menu it will not helps so you have to set the 6 columns in it like I did on your site and set the full-width dropdown menu from the theme options now the result appear like this: https://postimg.cc/QFv1w8J0 and the block I set 6 columns see image: https://postimg.cc/PNksh1qk I hope you understand.     I can see in my browser console there’s a JavaScript error triggered on product pages: https://postimg.cc/vckRbXRM

    Variable products use JavaScript code to reload the variations, so errors like this one can prevent them from working correctly.

    I checked the error details, and it looks like some of the default JavaScript libraries used in WordPress aren’t loaded on time. This can usually happen if there are some caching plugins that try to “optimize” JavaScript code by delaying it.

    You can check and turn OFF the Options under XStore >> Theme Settings >> Speed Optimization. Try to check every option in that section one by one.

    Otherwise, please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

    If the issue still persists then please keep the plugins disabled and let us know I will debug in deep to find the cause of the issue and also your permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well.

    Note: Please take a complete backup of your site first, before going to disabling the plugins to avoid any inconvenience.

    No, you do not need to enable FTP access to the public to fix this issue. To change the WP File system contact your hosting provider. We don’t change the server settings.

    I can see you have set the width as 1000px, and that is also too much for the laptop screen sizes, actually, for perfection, you have to set the width as 738px so that the complete dropdown menu box will appear under the complete menu width like this: https://postimg.cc/w3cp4Rw6

    So try to change the width as 738px and check back your site after clearing the browser cache.

    Simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Options >> Speed Optimization >> then disable the “remove Query string From Theme Static Resources” option see image: https://postimg.cc/QHqTVb4w and save settings after that check back to your issue by clearing the browser cache your issue will be resolved.

    1- Alright, Sure you can check all the possibilities before contacting your hosting provider.

    2- I understood totally, Once the server response time will be better this DOM issue will be resolved automatically.

    First of all, Please go to the Dashboard >> Plugins >> All Plugins and then disable all the third-party plugins and then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. If your issue is resolved then please activate the plugins one by one again, so that you will be able to know which plugin conflicts and cause the issue. If disabling the plugin doesn’t solve your issue then keep the plugins disabled and share your site access with us in the private content area and allow us to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well.

    Note: Before performing all the above steps please first take a complete backup of your site.
