Importing Demo get stuck – cant import any demo

Hi, There is two errors that i get:

1- First one which is the most important. i cant import any demo. it get stuck in the loading white popup. i tried to change the demo but still get the same problem.

2- Second issue, i tried to install X store plugin (Which is required) but as soon as i activate it the website go down with Critical issue. i have to delete the plugin so i can restore my panel. off course this is happening before installing the demo coz i cant import it.

Can you please share your site WP Admin and Cpanel Login details in the below-listed format, in the private content area of this topic, and also let me know which Demo and with which page builder (Elementor, WP Bakery) you want to Import so that I’ll import it on your site.

Hello,

It looks like something is wrong with your WP installation. I’ve activated a default theme Twenty Twenty and tried to install WooCommerce plugin, and got the error also. It means the problem is independent of our theme. Contact your hosting provider and ask about assistance, check the server error log.

Ok thanks for the reply. I have discussed the matter with the site owner. We must start with the website work ASAP but we are not sure of the hosting as he provide it himself. So we will deploy the website on a temporary link (wordpress) which belongs to our company and finish the work coz we can have more delay. meanwhile we can check the hosting problem and see what to do.

I would like to ask you is it possible to install the theme and import the demo on the new link? it is completely a new hosting as well.

I will install the wordpress and not do anything else to prevent any issue. We would like to have a clean version of car-parts demo installed and ready to edit (https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/car-parts)

If yes you can do that for us, I will provide the new access in the private section along with the product code.
