Topic: Server Requirement not meet the standard for WP file system

Hi Team and all,

When I import demo data that encounter the issue for the server requirement as below, may I know if I need to enable the ftp access to public to fix this issue? If no, would you please help on this to solve the existing problem? Thanks a lot.

Environment Requirement System
WP File System: direct ftpext
Site URL: hidden
Theme version: 6.7.0
WooCommerce version: 6.0.1

Hello, @Donis,

No, you do not need to enable FTP access to the public to fix this issue. To change the WP File system contact your hosting provider. We don’t change the server settings.
