HeaderBuilder problem its not responsive

the HeaderBuilder isn’t working by any chance no matter how much customization i did for the header using it , when i open my wesite from another device or from a new tab no customization to the header appears

Hello, @shomali,

There could be one of the reasons listed below for your issue.

1. CDN, I can see you have the active CDN on your site, It is basically the server-side cache, so you have to first flush the CDN from your server and then disable it for a while till you are in the development process and then check back your site after clearing the browser cache.

2. The issue could be because of the Multiple headers, you have to check it on your site that if you are using the Multiple Header, you have to set the condition accordingly.

3. OR the issue could be because of any third-party plugin conflict, Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
