Files Generator in the xtore menu is missing

Hi,
I have 2 licenses, for the first websites i used i can see the “Files Generator” option in the xtore menu but for the new sites i use now this option seems to be missing.
Do i need to perhaps enable a certain feature to make that appear?

If it helps i am using elementor and i imported one the demos. Using the latest version of the theme and i have the core plugin installed too.

Hello, @Clau8826,

First of all, Please go to the Dashboard >> Plugins >> All Plugins and then disable all the third-party plugins and then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. If your issue is resolved then please activate the plugins one by one again, so that you will be able to know which plugin conflicts and cause the issue. If disabling the plugin doesn’t solve your issue then keep the plugins disabled and share your site access with us in the private content area and allow us to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well.

Note: Before performing all the above steps please first take a complete backup of your site.

Hi. Thank you for your reply
I decided to delete the website and reinstall it from scratch even though i did not have any 3rd plugins installed yet ( new website)

So on the new website I only installed woocommerce, the theme and the core plugin. The serve requirements are all green

I went back to my other website where the option is available to try and figure our what is different.
So, i noticed that on the website that this option is available the theme version was 8.1.6 because i did not update it since i first installed it.

So i updated it to 8.2.4 as well as the core plugin and the files generator option disappeared here too 🙂

So there is definitely something with the new version of the theme …

I pasted the info from my server requirements in case it helps.

Sorry for the inconvenience, The file generator was removed. It will be removed from the WhiteLabel also.

Ok , thank you
I was wondering if it’s an issue with my installation, i was not necesarily in need of that setting
But out of curiosity why was it removed? As far as i know that was an option to remove unused CSS and JS scripts from the site. Because the theme has a lot of data but only few is used for each site individually.
Will there be a replacement option instead in the future ?

Hello,

Thanks for understanding.
Our dev team constantly working on speed improvements, the generator was out of date method, so it was replaced by others functionality, so you do not need to worry about this.
