    Hello, Antonio,

    Thank you for providing access to your site. Upon investigation, we have determined that the issue you are experiencing is related to the blocking of GET requests on your website. This issue is not connected to our theme, any additional plugins, or even the WordPress settings.

    As part of our troubleshooting process, we attempted to enable GET requests by adding the following code to the .htaccess file: 

    RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} !=""
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ $1?%{QUERY_STRING} [L]

    Unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue, as the blocking appears to be occurring at a higher level. We kindly recommend that you contact your hosting provider to address this blocking issue.

    Hello, Armia,

    We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.
    Do the same test for the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

    Let us know the results.

    – Expired transients
    – Term counts
    – Brands transients

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to make the requested changes. Additionally, direct links to the mega menu must be implemented from the frontend.

    Proper usage of the mega menu involves the following steps:
    1. Create the mega menu.
    2. In the Header Builder, select the Mega Menu element. Within this element, set the “Content Type” to “Menu” and then choose the menu you have created.

    If you discontinue the use of direct links to the mega menu on the frontend, the SEO-related issue will be resolved.

    For further details, please refer to the attached screenshots.
