2) Regarding your concern that “it loads to the new page for the variation, instead of just selecting the new variation on the same page” – please note that this is the intended behavior for linked variations. If you would prefer the variation to be selected without reloading the page, we recommend using standard variable products instead.

1) The issue with the shop page occurred because there were two versions of it, and the page “shop-2” was selected as the main shop page. We have now reassigned it correctly.
2) The category remains visible in the filter so that users have the option to deselect it if they wish.
3) The links in your header lead to the category archive pages, while the filters update the products on the shop page without redirecting to a different page. If you would like the links to behave the same way as those in the header, you will need to replace the “Filter Products by Categories” widget with the “Product Categories” widget.

We have identified the reason for the image display issue. It occurs because you are using the Variation Image Gallery plugin, but not all variations have associated image galleries. Once you add at least one image to the Variation Image Gallery for each variation, everything should function correctly.
