    Hello, ziga32,

We have identified that the issue with the search functionality is related to product availability in stock. Currently, the option “Hide out of stock items from the catalog” is enabled in your WooCommerce settings (WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Inventory). As a result, any products that are out of stock are automatically excluded from search results.

If you would like these products to appear in search results again, please consider disabling this option.

    Dear Siddharth,

Thank you for your message and for providing access credentials to assist with the investigation.

We understand your concern and appreciate your efforts in troubleshooting the issue. As mentioned in our previous messages, we have already tested the site using the default WordPress theme (such as Twenty Twenty-Three), and the issue with the Elementor editor not loading still persists. This indicates that the problem is not related to our theme.

We want to assure you that we are not trying to mislead you in any way. Our goal is to help you identify the root cause of the issue so it can be resolved effectively. We kindly recommend that you try switching to the default theme on your end once again and check if the issue continues. This will help confirm our findings and provide a clearer direction for further troubleshooting.

If the problem remains even with the default theme, we suggest reaching out to Elementor support or your hosting provider, as the issue may be related to plugin conflicts, server configuration, or resource limitations.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance or if there’s anything else we can do to help.

    Best regards,

    Hello, toba,

At the moment, there is no direct way to import testimonials from a CSV file.

However, if you send us your CSV file, we will do our best to find a possible solution.

Alternatively, if you have access to the website where the testimonials are currently located, you may consider using the standard WordPress import/export functionality. Please refer to the attached files for detailed instructions on how to proceed.

    Hello,

Thank you for your detailed follow-up and for confirming that all necessary server-side configurations have been thoroughly checked. We also appreciate the steps you’ve already taken, including enabling Safe Mode, clearing all caches, deactivating third-party plugins, and testing with a default theme.

Since the issue persists even after switching to the default theme and performing all standard troubleshooting steps, it appears that the problem may not be theme-related. As such, it may fall outside the scope of our support, which is limited to issues directly related to our theme, as per Envato’s support policy.

That said, we still want to assist you as much as possible. Please try the following additional steps:

    – Ensure that Elementor and WordPress are both updated to their latest versions.
    – Check for any browser console errors while the Elementor editor is loading. These errors can provide valuable insight into what might be causing the issue.
    – Increase the PHP max execution time and memory limit temporarily to see if that resolves the loading issue.
    – Review the server error logs for any entries that appear when attempting to load Elementor.

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, we recommend reaching out to the Elementor support team directly, as they will have more in-depth tools and resources to assist with issues specific to the Elementor plugin.

We understand how important this functionality is for your workflow, and we’re here to help with any theme-related concerns you may have.

    Best regards,

    Dear Hassan,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Yes, you are absolutely correct. The XStore ZIP file should be installed via the Appearance > Themes section of your WordPress dashboard. Once the theme is successfully activated, you will be prompted to install the required plugins, including the Core plugin (et-core-plugin), which should be installed via the Plugins section.

This is the standard and safe method for installing the theme and its associated plugins. We highly recommend that you ensure you are using the latest versions of both the theme and the plugin to avoid any compatibility issues.

Additionally, please do not forget to create a full backup of your website before proceeding with the installation. This is an important step to safeguard your data and settings.

Our team is here to support you every step of the way, and we are committed to helping you resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

    Best regards,

    Dear styleverse,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

You can directly upload the new theme file over the existing one without deactivating the current theme. However, we strongly recommend creating a full backup of your website (including files and database) before proceeding, just to ensure that your data and customizations are safe.

If you have made any changes directly to the parent theme files, please note that these may be overwritten during the update. In such cases, we recommend using a child theme to preserve your customizations.

Should you need any assistance during the update process, feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards,

    Dear styleverse,

Before proceeding with any theme update or reinstallation, we always strongly recommend creating a full backup of your website. This is a general best practice, as it ensures that your data is safe in case of any unexpected issues — even though the chances are low (around 5%), it’s always better to be cautious.

Regarding your concern: re-uploading or reinstalling the theme should not affect your existing data such as layout settings, Elementor edits, menus, widgets, or other customizations made through the theme options. These settings are typically stored in your WordPress database and are not overwritten during a theme update.

That said, if you have made direct changes to the theme’s core files (e.g., editing PHP, CSS, or JS files within the theme folder), those changes will be lost upon reinstallation or update. In such cases, we recommend using a child theme to preserve custom code.

Please rest assured that each update we release includes performance improvements and bug fixes, as we continuously enhance our products to keep up with evolving technologies.

    To summarize:

    – Your data (layouts, Elementor edits, menus, widgets, etc.) should remain safe.
    – Custom code added directly to theme files will be lost unless backed up or placed in a child theme.
    – Always create a full backup before proceeding, just in case.

If you need any assistance with the backup process or have further questions, feel free to let us know.

    Best regards,

    Hi styleverse,

We have already provided you with a detailed explanation, and you agreed with our assessment after verifying that the same issues occur with the default theme, not just with the XStore theme. https://www.8theme.com/topic/urgent-website-performance-theme-issues-need-immediate-attention/#post-446112

Therefore, we kindly ask you to first resolve the server-related issues to ensure everything works correctly with the default theme. Once that is done, if you still experience any issues specifically related to the XStore theme, please feel free to contact us again.

According to Envato’s support policy, server-related issues fall outside the scope of item support.

    Hi Siddharth,

    Thank you for your message.

As we have already mentioned in our previous replies, and as you have also confirmed during your testing, the issue with the Elementor editor not loading persists even when using a default WordPress theme and with all third-party plugins deactivated. This clearly indicates that the problem is not related to our XStore theme or the Core plugin.

Since the issue occurs independently of our theme and plugin, it points to a server-side configuration or a conflict with other server-level components. Unfortunately, such issues fall outside the scope of Envato item support, which covers only theme-related functionality and does not include server troubleshooting or third-party plugin conflicts.

We kindly recommend that you consult with your hosting provider or server administrator to further investigate the issue. Once the underlying server-related problem is resolved, Elementor should function correctly, and you will be able to use it with our theme without any issues.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

    Hi styleverse,

First of all, please resolve the server-related issues we previously discussed. At the moment, we do not have access to your server, and addressing server-side problems falls outside the scope of Envato support policy.

Once the server issues are resolved, the problems you are experiencing — including the missing “Buy Now” button and performance concerns — should be resolved automatically.

We have attached a screenshot for your reference.

    Hi aleksandard1,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing difficulties while using Elementor. The issue you described—where the editor continuously loads and results in a 500 server error upon publishing—may be related to server configuration, plugin conflicts, or memory limits.

To assist you better, please try the following steps:

    1. Increase PHP Memory Limit:
Ensure your server has at least 256MB of PHP memory. If you’re unsure how to do this, your hosting provider should be able to assist.

    2. Check for Plugin Conflicts:
Temporarily deactivate all third-party plugins except for Elementor and any required theme plugins. Then, try editing a page again. If the issue is resolved, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting one.

    3. Enable Debug Mode:
Enable WordPress debug mode by adding the following lines to your wp-config.php file:

    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true);

This will generate a debug log in wp-content/debug.log, which may provide more insight into the error.

    4. Update Everything:
Please ensure that WordPress, your theme, Elementor, and all plugins are updated to their latest versions.

    5. Check Server Error Logs:
A 500 error is a general server error. We recommend checking your server error logs or contacting your hosting provider for more detailed information.

    6. Disable Unused Widgets in Elementor:
Please disable any Elementor widgets that are not in use. You can do this by navigating to Elementor → Element Manager. (Please see the attached screenshots for guidance.)

If the issue persists after following the steps above, kindly provide us with temporary wp-admin access and FTP credentials via the private area of our support platform. This will allow us to investigate the issue more thoroughly.

We appreciate your patience and are committed to resolving this issue for you as quickly as possible.

    Dear Daniel,

    Thank you for your message.

We have checked the issue on our side and noticed that, at this stage, your server is rejecting requests with a 429 error. This type of error typically indicates that the server is receiving too many requests in a short period of time. It can be caused either by a CDN (Content Delivery Network) or by the server itself (Apache/NGINX).

If you are certain that you are not using any CDN, we recommend contacting your hosting provider directly to investigate this further. We have also attached a screenshot for your reference.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.

    Hi Crispy123,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We have reviewed the situation you described and are fairly confident that the issue is related to caching. This is likely the reason why your website appears correctly when you are logged in as an administrator—administrators typically bypass cached content, which is why everything seems to work properly in that mode.

We kindly recommend checking and clearing all caches associated with your website. This includes any CDN (Content Delivery Network) caches, as well as caches from plugins such as Jetpack and WP Rocket, CloudFlare.

Please let us know if the issue persists after clearing the caches, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

    Dear Siddharth,

Hello, and thank you for your detailed follow-up.

We truly appreciate the time you’ve taken to outline your concerns, and we understand how important website speed and functionality are for delivering a seamless user experience.

As mentioned in our previous message, the performance issues currently affecting your website are primarily related to server-side configurations. We strongly recommend that you first coordinate with your hosting provider to address these aspects, including caching and permalink structure. These foundational optimizations are essential and will significantly influence the overall speed and responsiveness of your site.

Once the server-side issues are resolved, enabling a caching plugin will further enhance performance. Please implement these optimizations step by step, as this structured approach will help isolate and resolve any remaining bottlenecks more effectively.

Regarding your request for a thorough review of theme functionalities, we want to assure you that we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance. Our development team continuously works on optimizing the codebase, and each update includes improvements specifically aimed at enhancing speed and functionality.

We will now proceed to carefully review the following areas you highlighted in our updates.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work through these checks. Please rest assured that we are treating this matter with priority and will keep you updated on our progress.

    Dear Styleverse,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We have reviewed your website https://styleverse.in/ and are pleased to inform you that we have made several adjustments that have significantly improved its overall performance.

The primary issue was related to Elementor optimization. After building your website, we recommend navigating to Elementor → Element Manager and optimizing the elements used. This step is essential to ensure better performance and faster load times.

Additionally, we suggest enabling Object Cache, which can further enhance your website’s speed and efficiency. Please ensure that you create a full backup of your website before implementing any new features or optimizations to avoid any potential data loss.

We would also like to inform you that we are currently working on an upcoming update that will include new speed improvements, as well as RAM and CPU optimizations. This update is aimed at further enhancing your website’s performance and user experience.

If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always here to help.

    Dear Siddharth,

Thank you for your detailed response and for taking the time to follow the troubleshooting steps we suggested.

In this case, since the issue persists even after switching to a default WordPress theme, we can confirm that the problem is not related to our theme. Based on our experience, this behavior is most likely caused by server-side caching mechanisms or permalink structure issues.

Unfortunately, this type of issue falls outside the scope of our support, as it is not directly related to our theme functionality. As per Envato’s support policy, we are only able to assist with issues directly related to our theme and bundled plugins.

We recommend reaching out to your hosting provider, who can further investigate the server configuration and permalink settings.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear Siddharth,

Thank you for your detailed message and for bringing this to our attention.

We understand that while the homepage is functioning correctly, several internal pages are either not loading properly or are experiencing significant delays. We appreciate your efforts in clearing the cache and rechecking the issue.

To help us further investigate and isolate the cause, we kindly request that you temporarily switch to a free default WordPress theme (such as Twenty Twenty-Four) and disable both the Core plugin and the Pro Elements plugin. This will allow us to determine whether the issue is related to the theme or plugins.

If the internal pages still do not load correctly under these conditions, the issue may be related to permalink settings or another server-side configuration.

Please let us know the results after performing these steps, and we will be happy to assist you further based on the outcome.
