    Yes, of course. However, we kindly recommend updating the XStore Core plugin directly through your WordPress dashboard, as this is the most seamless and secure method. The latest version has already been released and is available for update there.

    If, for any reason, you are unable to update it via the dashboard and require the ZIP file, you can download it directly from your ThemeForest account under the “Downloads” section, where the full theme package (including the latest plugin versions) is available.

    2. If the problem continues, please go to your ThemeForest Downloads section and download the archive directly from there.

    3. Should the issue still remain unresolved, we kindly ask you to create a support topic on our forum and provide temporary access credentials. Our team will be happy to upload the theme for you. Please make sure to create a full backup of your site before sharing access.

    We have verified that the latest version of the XStore theme (v.9.5) has been correctly uploaded to ThemeForest. However, in some cases, the ThemeForest system may take a little time to reflect the new version in the Downloads section. If you are still seeing version 9.4.14, we kindly recommend clearing your browser cache or trying to access your Downloads from a different browser or device.

    Regarding automatic updates, please note that our system checks for updates every 48 hours to reduce server load. If the last check occurred before the new version was released, the update may not yet appear in your dashboard. You can manually trigger the update check by following these steps:

    How to Force an Update Check:

    1. Go to Dashboard > Updates
    2. Click the “Check Again” button
    3. Locate the XStore theme in the list
    4. Select the theme and click the “Update” button
