Regarding the patcher, we identified that the problem stemmed from the significant distance between our servers, which hindered some patch files from downloading properly. To address this, we have extended the server response time during the installation of patches to ensure a smoother update process.
As for the customizer, the issue was related to the PHP version being used. We have successfully resolved this by downgrading the PHP version and clearing the caches.
