    Please note that the display of prices including or excluding VAT can depend on both WooCommerce settings and theme configuration. We recommend first checking your WooCommerce tax display settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Tax, ensuring that the options for “Display prices in the shop” and “Display prices during cart and checkout” are both set to “Including tax.”

    If these settings are correct and the issue persists, please temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (such as Storefront) and check whether the problem remains. This will help determine whether the issue is related to WooCommerce itself or to the theme.

    At the moment, the main reason for the slowdown is two videos that play automatically when the page loads. Each of them is approximately 5 MB in size. Please try to reduce their size.

    In addition, one of the videos is located in the first screen section, which is extremely critical for mobile devices.

    As we have noticed, when the XStore Core plugin is disabled, there are no filters displayed on the shop page. We would also like to inform you that the issue is caused by the “Product Subtitle for WooCommerce” plugin — once it is deactivated, the filter functions correctly.
