    Hello, nirvana5,

    In your case, the issue arises from the fact that the default WooCommerce action “show_variation” is not being initialized when switching variations. This action is responsible for triggering all other changes related to variations. Additionally, the default theme does not initialize this action either, which gives the impression that the action has been disabled. This could potentially be caused by a plugin or custom code, but we have been unable to identify the exact source of the problem.

    As a result, we are currently considering a custom modification specifically for your case. This modification will change the images without relying on any WooCommerce actions.

    Unfortunately, the product builder with the customizer does not support separate settings for mobile design. However, we have noticed that you are also using our Elementor product builder, which does support such settings. We recommend using Elementor to create templates for all your products.

    Please also note that using two builders simultaneously (Elementor and the customizer) can increase server load and slow down your website.

    We would like to inform you that the reported bug has been resolved. The following file has been modified to address the issue:

    /wp-content/themes/xstore/js/ajax-filters.min.js

    These changes will also be included in the upcoming update.

    Please note that it appears there is some server-side caching on your end, which is preventing the changes in the file:

    /wp-content/themes/xstore/js/ajax-filters.min.js

    from being applied. To resolve this, we have created a new file:

    /wp-content/themes/xstore/js/ajax-filters_5.min.js

    and have linked it in place of the original file. This new file is an exact copy of the original, but with the necessary fix applied.

    We would like to kindly reiterate that the “ubn_options” table is not part of our theme. All options related to our theme, as well as the default WordPress options, are stored in the “wp_options” table.

    Furthermore, the reference to the “version” field mentioned in your report is not utilized by us. Even if it were initiated by our theme, the version would be clearly indicated, for example, as “9.4.3,” and certainly not as “1719415142.”
