Bonjour j’ai installer le theme xstore classique demo sur mon wordpress woocommerce
mais le menu ne s’affiche pas les catégorie et le pieds de page ne sont pas visible comme sur la prewiew de demo, que faire ? j’ai tous essayer rien a faire ca ne marche pas

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not included with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of your browser, and then checking again.

The issue you are experiencing is likely caused by additional plugins and cache. For example, the Elementor Header & Footer Builder plugin may be overriding our settings.

bonjour le site est en ligne j’ai desactivez tous les plugins et j’ai rinstaller le theme après avois vider le cache et j’ai toujour le meme probleme sur la page d’acceuil home defaut le menu ne s’affiche pas et il n’y a pas le footer

pouvez -vous intervenir . cela fait 4 jours que je suis sur ce probleme et je n’avance pas

bonjour,
j’ai réussi a installer votre thème mais vraiment ce ne fonctionne pas bien.
le slider est toujours tronqué, le them à classique ne fonctionne pas pour faire des modifications je dois attendre les lettre du clavier s’inscrive très lentement.
sur tout le theme classic defaut 02 que je veux utiliser ne fonction pas . les autre un peu mieux.
je vais demander le remboursement.

je suis constamment obliger de rafraîchir la page pour que le slider s’affiche correctement et parfois ca ne fonctionne même pas
