    Hello @Flexibilis,

Yes, you can update the plugin. There shouldn’t be any problems.
But we recommend you to create a back up before each update.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi,

There seems to be again some problem. Since the March update there has been no any problem, but now with WooCommerce 2.3.8 something is not working properly.

First I updated to WP 4.1.2. Then I updated the WP-Bakery visual composer and the site worked. Then I updated to WooCommerce 2.3.8 and the site stopped to work, I cannot even log into the admin page either. From cache the site loads, but not fully works. Via FTP I relodad the yesterdays backup, but something is still not OK.

So, in private content there are the FTP credentials. I cannot give you access to the admin page because even I cannot log in to the admin area of the WP.

    Help me please!

    Thank you.

    Regards,

    Fedor

Can you check what can be the problem?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

I just got off the phone with go daddy. They told me the new update with woo commerce the cache isn’t deleting itself, so I had 472,000 lines in my database which cause my website to Stop working. I accessed my administration by renaming the plugin folder.

    Hi,

Just for information I contacted my hosting servicer. He said that there are a lot of problem and caused by the new woocommerce update.
From server backup of last Saturday he reuploads the site now and I hope it gonna work.

Please check the new woocommerce plugin because something is not OK with it.

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Fedor

    Hello @Flexibilis,

The problem was caused by the plugin woocommerce-table-rates. I’ve renamed its folder to “woocommerce-table-rates_old” via FTP. Now your site is working. Please clear browser cache and check.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
