Cleanup for Xstore and various questions

hi, as I wrote previously, I’m not new to Xstore. Two years ago we changed the theme because we had some instabilities now we have tested the new versions and it looks great.
We would like some help, we already have an active theme called “Razzi” we would like to clean up everything to install Xstore without losing any products, statistics and Seo. your technicians said that you can help us in everything.
What is the best procedure?

we tried staging and we have a couple of problems:
1)The theme doesn’t look good in the “backend”
2)The images of the product brands are not visible.
3) Scalapay is duplicated.
4)decentralized variants.

“1)The theme doesn’t look good in the “backend”” – Could you please clarify what you mean by this? Please provide some screenshots?
You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to make screenshots and share the links here, or you can use a file sharing service such as WeTransfer https://wetransfer.com/

2/ You need to edit brands, and re-upload images, for example – https://prnt.sc/-5VBcQ4rFKH5

“3) Scalapay is duplicated.” – We apologize, however, we are unable to understand your inquiry. Could you please provide us with some screenshots?

4/ Please provide URL of a page with it.

2/ You are using an additional 3rd party plugin for variation swatches, so it is not like on our demos. The next custom CSS code can be used to change the height of variations:
