Problems after update - by Flexibilis - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi,

    Will you try the update? Because we should work on the site, but I do not know when you will try to update it.

    Meantime WooCommerce again updated to 2.3.6.

    Dear Eva!

    I saw you updated the theme to another customer with success. You wrote me to try to update mine as well, but nothing has happened since then. Will you try it? We should have a lot of work on it for marketing reasons tomorrow, but I do not want to loose anything from the site. Can you tell me when you would try the update?

    I already gave you the data for the WP and FTP before.

    It seems like I solved the problem. The WP Bakery visual composer plugin was outdated. Now the site is working, I will test it soon.

    In the new version I noted that in the cart there is a problem. Before pushing the order button I have to accept the conditions, but this is doubled. It is once under the area of choosing payment method, and once it is under the order button as well.

    Can you check it?

    Hi,

    I have this message in system status:
    legenda/woocommerce/cart/cart-totals.php version 2.3.0 out of date. The last version number 2.3.6.

    How can I solve it? Maybe it causes the problem I wrote above as well.

    Dear Eva

    I have noted an error in Internet Explorer on my websites. The Provinces on the checkout page do not close the dropdown box after selecting the province. The box of provinces is also displaying floating on the top left corner of the page. I have included the website addresses and ftp details in private content

    Hi Eva

    I have since discovered on woocommerce forums that this is in fact a problem with Woocommerce since their update to 2.3.6. I have reverted back to woocommerce 2.3.5 and it seems fine again.

    Other problem is in #49823 “I have this message in system status:

    Maybe these two problems are connected and if the cart-totals.php version 2.3.6 will be installed the first will be solved, too….

    My whole site isn’t working anymore after the update of today.
    He is not showing my products or pictures. It opens nothing. How will you guys fix this?
    This is one of the 100 problems since i’m using your theme.

    Fix this!

    Please confirm you have back up of the files and database and we’ll update the theme for you.

    Yes i reverted back to the old theme version and old wordpress. I installed the new versions of wordpress and woocommerce again. Could you install the theme update? I have a backup
