Issues with speed & shop image optimisation

    Hi,

    I have just logged in with the details I provided you with no issues, please try again.

    Also I have already advised that on BOTH routes you have previously advised to follow, I get the same thing, nothing is different here

    1) At the shop page (Customizer > WooCommerce > Product catalog )
    2) At the product category page Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Number of products per row for the category.

    Both of these take me to the Theme Options therefore as I have already stated these are set to 4 products per row!

    Which is what I want…I’m sorry but I am getting really frustrated with having to repeat myself…I only ask for support when I have exhausted my own capability & tried everything…I have already outlined the steps I have followed and advised of my response to your steps.

    Also can you look into this a priority as I need to go live with this site ASAP & also confirm you will be looking into the additional issues I have raised?

    To outline so it is clear:

    – 4 Products per row on shop & product category pages
    – Quick view is not showing on all products on shop/category pages e.g.Beaded Feather Glass Bauble
    – Unable to install from the Plugin Installer

    I apologise for my bluntness, this is just becoming frustrating now and I just want this resolved.

    Hello,

    1) I’m sorry but I don’t see any problem to show 4 products per row if I set 4 in the Customizer > WooCommerce > Product catalog

    So, I assume that you either did not change it or did not save your changes.

    Hi,

    Firstly an apology for the 10 hr +delay wouldn’t have gone a miss.

    Firstly I did safe it however it sorted now, so thank you.

    Point 2 the quickview…I again think you miss understand & clearly havent checked the products I have CLEARLY STATED are not working, you’ve gone to a product that I knew was working…therefore please see attached gif to highlight not just the product I clearly mentioned, however a range of products…How did you miss this?? Especially when there is a product next to the one in your video that is not working & that is shown in my gif.

    Therefore please review again and come back tome once you have fully check this out and tested. Apologies for my bluntness, however you have kept me waiting ALL day when I have expressed this is urgent, haven’t apologised for the delay and haven’t fully tested. I’m a qualified ISTQB Tester & I notice things like this.

    With the plugin installer, it might be worth then putting a banner to say your installer is slow so that the end user is aware of this.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay in answering. We have a lot of requests during these days and our resources are limited because of the world pandemic. So, we hope for your understanding. We do our best to help clients but we mentioned that our response time might be up to 24 hours http://prntscr.com/skl5nn We answer the users step by step, besides I have clearly explained what option you should change in the second message, so there was no reason to wait but just have had to re-check if you really saved the mentioned option.

    We respect that you are a qualified ISTQB Tester and that’s why we hope that you would follow the instructions as attentively as you look for the bugs. Taking into account that we can not answer immediately because of the number of requests.

    I have inspected the shop page and see that some products have the necessary classes and show the QV but others do not. That’s very strange because there are no reasons for this from the code side. At the same time, I see that you use a lot of the cache plugins simultaneously. Could you, please, disable them all, clear the server cache if you use it, and check the QV option again? If it does not help then provide us with FTP access to your site and our developers will take a closer look at your issue tomorrow because today their working day is over.

    Hello,

    Firstly I am fully aware & appreciate the requests you may be getting. The thing that has annoyed me is that you replied this morning and I had replied 40 minutes later. Granted you may have been on other supports, then your first message back to me this evening should have been apologising for the delay rather than be completely unempathetic towards my frustration.A little bit of empathy would’ve diffused the situation, it’s unfortunate for you that I have also been an Senior Customer Service Manager & take not of things like this.

    In regards to my qualification, that is not what is in question here & have followed your steps, however having repeatedly told you that I do this as a career should have highlighted that I have exhausted all avenues before asking for support, which I have frankly paid to have.

    Regarding the cache plugins, I have disabled them all, purged all cache and browser cache and still nothing. However if you remember rightly the original support was for speed and whilst this is alot of plugins, I have managed to clear issues that pingdom should up that was not possible in the 1 plugin you installed & this has not had any other impact on my site.

    Therefore the easiest thing here will be to disabled the Quickview as in hindsight is not needed.

    I think it’s now best that this support come to an end.

    Yes, you are right. I have had to give you my apologize for the delay in my previous answers. Even of I did not tell you that you should know that I’m very sorry for any inconvenience you faced. Anyway, I took into account all your recommendations!

    If you decide to get back the QV option then just provide us access and we’ll try to find the reason of that problem and fix it.
