Hello Mktnegocios,
We kindly request you to perform the following actions:
1. Please set another category as the default category (as shown in the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/lTml6jye9Lxd ) and delete the “uncategorized” one (as shown in the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/odhau4 ). Additionally, you can set “Hide empty categories” in the settings of the “Product categories” widget (as shown in the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/TdUa7B1xOTf4 ). You can find this widget under Appearance > Widgets > Shop sidebar.
2. We recommend you to check the available settings in Theme options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Categories and Theme options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page Filters.
