As you can see in the video, those navigations will show the product when you hover over it and then click on that product.
So the issue must be on your site only, First of all, if you are using the Child Theme with your own Customization then please try to check back by activating the Parent Theme on your site, if that will not resolve your issue then please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
