The category and brand menus collapse immediately upon clicking when we open them on a mobile device. I tried various fixes posted in the forums, but nothing seems to work. Uninstalling 3rd party plugins also has no effect. Seems related to similar issues posted by others recently.
Please recommend additional steps or use the private information to assist and post the changes you made below for others who may be struggling with the same issue. Thanks in advance.
