Duplicate woocommerce shop that is unable to be removed

    We’re currently facing an issue where there is basically another woocommerce shop (likely came during demo import) and it has the URL shop-2. What we would like is to just have one shop and have it names as shop so in the URL it doesn’t say shop-2 but just /shop/etc.

    I’ve linked to an example link where you could see this.

    I’ve tried to look through all the back-end settings to try and find a way to remove it but didn’t have any luck. Would appreciate your help. Thanks

    Hello,

    Settings > Permalinks > click on Save

    I’m aware of this page but this doesn’t help me fix the issue I described above

    Why do you think so? As I can see, when you click on view brand (Dashboard > Products > Brands) it showed correct URL – https://gyazo.com/4c8280847c37211435359e9c8bf6caeb
