Hello, @Cambium,
Thanks for using our Theme and for Contacting us.
In order to hide the add to cart button until the user logged into the website. You have to go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Store >> Catalog Mode then enable the option “Just Catalog” and then the permission as per your need.
