Sorry for the delay in answering. 1/ Theme Options > Mobile pannel > delete all default elements and add new ones from scratch. 2/ Record a video of problems. Provide URL of your site and temporary wp-admin access.

One standard license is valid only for 1 project. Running multiple projects on a single license is a copyright violation.
