    Hello, @d88dcjj,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Please always disable all 3rd-party plugins and then import demo content.

Should you wish to perform the import process independently, please ensure to remove the previously imported demo content https://prnt.sc/OhdZLlrEFq5g before importing the desired version.
Do not import a few versions altogether, it will create a mess. To get blocks from different demos, please use XStore Studio – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstudio-feature-of-xstore-wordpress-theme/

We hope this helps. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to help you.

    Hello @JiPanditJI,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Please, check the latest answer on that topic -> https://www.8theme.com/topic/patcher-shows-updates-available-even-after-i-applied-them-a-hour-ago/#post-363427. There is described a solution that should be useful for you, by adding the next code to your child-theme/functions.php:

    add_filter('xstore_patches_done_reset_on_update_themes', '__return_false');

Note: there is no need in downloading files because such code is already built-in in the update that was already released.

    Kind regards,

    Hello, @Cristina,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We appreciate your inquiry.

Regarding your question, identifying which plugins may not be useful for your website depends on your specific needs, the functionality you require, and the overall performance of your site. To assist you better, we recommend reviewing the purpose of each installed plugin and determining whether it aligns with your website’s goals. Additionally, you may want to consider the following:

    1. **Redundancy**: Check if multiple plugins are performing the same function. If so, you can deactivate and remove the duplicates.
    2. **Performance Impact**: Identify plugins that may be slowing down your website. Tools like performance analyzers can help pinpoint resource-heavy plugins.
    3. **Relevance**: Evaluate whether each plugin is actively contributing to your site’s functionality or if it is no longer needed.
    4. **Compatibility**: Ensure all plugins are compatible with your theme and the latest version of WordPress.

Please read our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/

    We hope this helps.

    Hello, @LVRB Love’s Rebel,

    Thank you for your response.

We would like to address the issue you mentioned regarding the “Buy Now” button and the occasional AJAX error. Upon investigation, it appears that the issue may be caused by a third-party plugin.

1/ We suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your Child Theme additional code customization.

2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Hello, @Ark Raj,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query.

Yes, it is indeed possible to import a new demo to your site while retaining your existing products and text, even old demo content can be saved https://prnt.sc/VhHiJBO3eEMX . However, we recommend taking a complete backup of your current site before proceeding with the import to ensure that no data is lost accidentally. Another way can be creating a staging site (full copy of live site), there you will be able to do a test import. Please note that in case you skip old demo content deleting, new pages and images will be imported with additional IDs, which means some images can be messed up on newly imported pages.
Maybe it is better not to run a full new import, but to take particular sections from different demos using Studio – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstudio-feature-of-xstore-wordpress-theme/

We strongly advise trying this first on a test site, as importing two versions of demo content onto the same site is not the recommended approach and may lead to content overlap, although your previous content will not be deleted without your consent.

We hope this information is helpful.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Hello, @Sahajanand Electricals,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ We understand that it is asking for a registration key, and we are here to assist you.

Please read detailed information about bundled plugins here https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins
Free versions of the WPBakery or Revolution slider or any other premium plugin just do not exist!

We would like to inform you that all premium plugins included with our theme are external products for which we have secured the Extended License, allowing us to incorporate them into our theme. Please note that registration of these plugins is not mandatory, as they are fully operational without activation.

The activation feature within these plugins is designed for customers who wish to receive automatic updates and direct support from the plugin developers. Additionally, plugin authors may introduce exclusive or just additional features to encourage customers to purchase the plugins directly from them. Unfortunately, this is a situation that affects not only us but all theme authors on the ThemeForest platform.

Unfortunately, if you want to import templates from the Revolution slider or WPBakery template library you need to buy the personal license of plugins. Extra features do not come with the extended license, this is Revolution slider authors rules. We and all theme authors on the ThemeForest platform can do nothing about this.

    – Slider Revolution, here are steps on how to add a slider from our demo to your own website:
1/ Download “Revolution sliders from XStore Demos” from https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ > unzip it and find exactly this slider – https://prnt.sc/qNU7RiHgBj-z
2/ XStore > Plugins Installer > install and activate Slider Revolution plugin > go to settings of the plugin and import the demo slider – https://prnt.sc/knQFVSQKYlRi > https://prnt.sc/Dihu8dPL7EIK > https://prnt.sc/3q3DY9j3FYnB
3/ Edit slider settings https://prnt.sc/E5eWjEOnUM7L > select product category for the content – https://prnt.sc/3tXP3zTIrMfI
4/ Edit a page > Add the slider element https://prnt.sc/K2MDWJIxEcZu and select the module – https://prnt.sc/M0mssm-MFkcc

    We hope this helps.

    Hello, @Gracu_,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ Please check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
Let us know the results of the test.

We strongly recommend that you create a complete backup of your site before proceeding with these steps.

If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.
We recommend that you reach out to your hosting provider to review the server mail log. Additionally, it would be prudent to contact WooCommerce plugin support concurrently for further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Hello, @Mario,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

The “Additional Information” tab will only show if the product has weight, dimensions or attributes (with “Visible on the product page” checked https://prnt.sc/QZxqRU4VwF5S ).

By default, WooCommerce does not provide a built-in option to make the “Additional Information” fields mandatory. It is designed to be optional because it’s often used for extra comments or instructions that may not apply to all orders.

To make it mandatory, you need to either:

Use a 3rd-Party Plugin but at your own risk and Add Custom Code.

there is no default toggle or setting in WooCommerce for this functionality, but both approaches—plugin or custom code—are straightforward ways to achieve it.

We hope this information is helpful.

    Hello, @choc,

To modify the text for “Find a category” and “Find a brand,” we recommend using the Loco Translate plugin. You can find detailed instructions in our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

Please follow these steps to make the necessary changes:

    1. Navigate to **Loco Translate > Plugins > XStore Core Plugin Language File**.
