    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    The Contact form comes from the Contact Form 7 plugin.

    When you enter a message in a Contact Form 7 form and submit it, the message does not go to SMS by default. Instead, it is sent to the email address specified in the form settings.

    Where Does the Message Go?

    1/ Email Inbox

    A/ The form data (including the message) is sent to the email address set under:
    Contact > Contact Forms > Select Form > Mail Tab.

    B/ Check the To field to verify the recipient email address.

    Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).

    We strongly recommend that you create a complete backup of your site before proceeding with these steps.

    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

Unfortunately, these widgets will not operate outside of the shop page or category pages, as this is the standard functionality of the WooCommerce plugin.
